Once the Appeal for Reconsideration has been dismissed or denied, or has been dispensed with, a Contentious-Administrative Appeal will be filed before the corresponding chamber of the Superior Court of Justice.
All of the above and the denial of nationality, which may also be filed before the Audiencia Nacional.
