Residence Visa Law 14 of 2013
Foreigners who are outside Spain and wish to reside giving application to the different ways of Law 14 of 2013, of support to entrepreneurs and their internationalization, must, depending on the case, apply for the corresponding visa before the Diplomatic Mission or Consulate of Spain in the country of domicile or residence, being applicable for the following:
- Investors
- Entrepreneurs
- Highly qualified professionals
- Researchers
- Workers who make intra-company movements within the same company or group of companies.
- Family members in the above cases
