To apply for this visa, foreign citizens residing in third countries will previously need an initial authorization to work and reside in Spain, processed before the competent authority - Oficina de Extranjería (Immigration Office).
The visa application must be submitted within one month from the date on which the FAVORABLE RESOLUTION has been NOTIFIED TO THE EMPLOYER.
