The self-employment visa authorizes its holder (over 16 years of age) to reside temporarily in Spain for an initial period of one year from entry into national territory, and to exercise a lucrative labor or professional activity on a self-employed basis.
The employer must have obtained an initial authorization for temporary residence and self-employment.
