It is contemplated for minors who come to Spain to carry out or complete their Basic Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education studies, programs promoted and financed by public administrations, non-profit associations or foundations or other entities or persons other than those exercising parental authority or guardianship, for temporary stays for schooling purposes.
This visa is processed in the applicant minor's country of origin, once the Government Delegation in Spain has favorably resolved the application made by the representative.
