Who can apply?

What documentation is provided?

How long does it take to resolve? 

The maximum term to resolve and notify will be 20 days.. If it is not resolved within the term, the authorization will be understood as granted by positive administrative silence. What if I already have a job offer?

How long does this residency last? 

The authorization will have a maximum and non-extendable duration of twelve months.It shall take effect from the day following the expiration of the previous authorization of stay.

What happens when I reach your term?
