Documentation proving the exile status of the father, mother, grandfather or grandmother.
- Passport or travel documents with entry stamp in the host country.
- Certification of the Registry of Registration of the Spanish Consulate.
- Certifications from the Consular Civil Registry proving residence in the host country. Documents such as marriage registrations, birth registrations of children, death registrations, among others, will be valid.
- Certification from the local Civil Registry of the host country certifying the acquisition of the nationality of the host country.
- Documentation from the host country showing the year of arrival or arrival by any means of transport.
For the purposes of the option rights recognized, IT SHALL BE PRESUMED the condition of exile with respect to all Spaniards who left Spain between July 18, 1936 and December 31, 1955.
